The Barn Swallow is an uncommon visitor on campus from March through September. It is a common migrant and breeding bird in southern California.

High Count: 6, Average Count: 2

The Barn Swallow can be identified by its glossy, navy blue upperparts, rust-colored underparts, and long, deeply forked tail.
