Division of Vertebrate Morphology and
Division of Comparative Biomechanics
The plenary lecture "Anatomical indices of aggression: did human nature always have a dark side?" will be delivered by Dr Dave Carrier of the University of Utah.
The meeting will convene on Saturday morning, and conclude on Sunday at noon.
We invite presentations in the broad areas of vertebrate anatomy, functional morphology and biomechanics. Both formats of presentations, talks and posters, will be accepted. Regular talks will keep to the standard 15 min format, and "one-slider" talks will be restricted to 5 min. Posters will be displayed throughout the meeting.
We particularly encourage participation of graduate and undergraduate students.
You can register for the meeting on the Registration page. The registration deadline is September 29, 2012. By registering online, you accept the responsibility of payment. Registration is $30 due at the beginning of conference (cash or cheque). We urge faculty members to subsidise their students’ participation.
Coffee, nibbles and Saturday lunch are included in the registration fee.
Saturday evening dinner plans will follow.
